The first Saturday of every month at Civic Park in Newcastle is an amazing artisan The Olive Tree market for lovers of design and incredible quality hand made creations plus delicious food. Inside Jo.B has been there for the past 2 and half years showing and selling her one of a kind designs with great support from the Newcastle community. An inspiring, interactive messy play 2 an half hour workshop at The Inside Jo.b Textile Studio in the Central Coast on the 26th May book now limited spaces.
The day includes, foraging, silk scarf 42 x 160cm ( Eco Dyed retails at $75) natural bundle eco dyeing and play with unbleached cotton and raw silk with other techniques, please bring a old washed t-shirt or pillow slip, light snacks and fresh teas provided.

Very excited to be sharing the Forage, Flower and Fold Natural Dye Workshop on Sunday the 24th June at The Lock-Up in Newcastle from 11.00am - 1.30pm incredible gallery and art space in Hunter Street.
Using foraged flowers, leaves, food waste and bark, leaves and materials around your home to create earthy pinks, golden oranges, soft blues, sunshine yellows, light browns, smokey greys. Using the technique to bundle eco dyeing to create a printed array of water colour effect on silk scarves provided (42x160cm), plus unbleached cotton to other experimentation and techniques.
So many possibilities and this workshop will introduce you to learn basics of natural dyeing easy mordants and how you can set this up at home.
